I am going to read ONE BOOK that takes place in EACH ONE of the countries in the world, and the book needs to be WRITEN BY A NATIVE of that country. I need your help giving me ideas of books, authors, ... that you have read or that you know about.

hey Anna. great idea! one book i'd recommend would be "McCarthys Bars" by Pete McCarthy. its a book about an English guy who goes around Ireland in the search for a pub with his name on it. an interesting adventure - light reading but funny as he captures the ways of modern life in Ireland, from the country to the city. DP
